A web and mobile platform has been developed to facilitate the management and distribution of medicines for promotional purposes. The application allows laboratory representatives (medical visitators) to generate unique QR codes for the delivered medicines, which contain detailed product information: name, laboratory, visitator, doctor, whether there is a discount or if it is a sample, and the pharmacy that carries out the delivery. These QR codes are shared with doctors through various channels, who, in turn, can provide them to their patients in whichever way they prefer. Patients, when presenting the QR code at a pharmacy associated with the system, can quickly and securely request and pick up the medication.

The platform features an administration panel that allows centralized management of all related information (stocks, deliveries, etc.) concerning products, doctors, representatives, associated pharmacies, and laboratories. This tool facilitates the generation of reports, tracking of samples, promotional discounts, and optimization of distribution processes.
