The Challenge:

JDVA approached DigitalProjex with the need to improve financial management for project management and administration, which was being done manually through Excel spreadsheets. They needed specialized software that would streamline and optimize administrative operations, including budgeting, banking transactions, and payments. JDVA was looking for an application that not only improved efficiency in daily operations but also ensured the integrity and reliability of financial information.

The Solution:

A comprehensive web application was designed and developed with the aim of centralizing all operations of the studio, providing access to the system and information 24/7, from any computer or tablet. The resulting interface, designed to replace Excel spreadsheets, is characterized by its intuitiveness and user-friendly features, allowing users to efficiently carry out all tasks related to budgets, banking, and payments. Currently, the system offers various functionalities, including user management, permissions, projects, suppliers, categories, budgets, banks, certifications, withholdings, advances, payments, and detailed reports such as payrolls, cost summary sheets, reports on pending payments, and schedule deadlines.

The application developed by DigitalProjex has significantly transformed JDVA's operation, allowing access to information in real time from any device in the workplace. This tool optimizes the workflow with key functionalities such as managing payment schedules and the ability to attach docs in admin processes.
